Which circumstances make a buyer more attractive to the supplier?

Suggested Answer: B, C

The correct answers are information sharing and trust. Further qualitative KPIs are listed on p.102. Deliveries in full and on time would be a quantitative KPI and early supplier involvement is not a KPI at all.

Hmm, I'd say option A is the way to go. A high brand profile means the supplier can brag about their big-name buyer. Maybe they'll even get a discount at the company store.

Definitely option B! Longer credit terms mean more cash flow for the supplier. Who doesn't love that?
