In 2014, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warned that sea levels might rise to what extent by the year 2099?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C

UNFCCC.

United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

I guess, having re-visited this QUESTION NO : in 2022, originally written in 2020, the 'CC' at the end of the possible answers, reduces the risk of people selecting a wrong answer.

Doesn't work for 'MCC' though as that stands for 'Marylebone Cricket Club' which was founded in 1787, and is 'the guardian of the laws of cricket'. (Source: MCC)

I think one metre is a more realistic estimate for sea level rise.
