E is just ridiculous. Cancelling job interviews? What is this, the dark ages? The work has to go on, even if the senior manager is sipping piña coladas on the beach.

D is also correct. Jo shouldn't have the same authority as the senior manager, that could lead to some serious issues. Gotta keep things in check while the boss is away.
