I'm going to go with C, E, and F. The 'move' stage is all about equipping people, getting them on board, and dealing with any personal concerns. A and B sound more like the 'unfreeze' stage to me.
This is a tricky one, but I reckon the 'move' stage is all about making the changes happen, not just the planning. Rewards for the new approach, like G, might come later.
I also think A and B are important in the move stage. Managing the process and communicating changes effectively are crucial for successful implementation.
