ABCompany has recently produced a very successful brand of washing powder which has achieved high market growth and a high market share. According to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix what is the product's next stage of development?
I'm not so sure about that. If the product is just recently successful, wouldn't it still be in the 'Question mark' stage, where it has high growth potential but a lower market share?

I'm leaning towards 'Cash cow' here. The product has already achieved high growth and market share, so it's probably at the point where it's generating a lot of cash for the company.
Hmm, I think the product is a 'Star' according to the BCG matrix. It's experiencing high growth and has a high market share, so that seems like the logical next stage.
