C, D, and A are definitely the key steps. The 'sale decision' is just the seller's job, not the consumer's. Unless the consumer is also the seller, in which case they've got a lot on their plate!
Hmm, I'm pretty sure the post-purchase evaluation is a crucial step. But I'm not sure about the 'sale decision' - that sounds more like the seller's perspective.
