I bet the Registrar of Companies has a whole drawer just for returned Articles of Association. Talk about job security!

Forget the Articles of Association? Sounds like the promoters need to go back to Business 101!

C) If the promoters fail to submit Articles of Association to the Registrar of Companies, the documents will be returned to the promoters with a request for Articles to be submitted.

Option D is just ridiculous. A company without any Articles of Association? That's like trying to drive a car without an engine - it's not going to work!

Hmm, I was leaning towards Option C, but now I'm not so sure. These legal questions can be tricky, can't they? I hope the exam doesn't have too many of these!

I agree with Ellsworth. Option B is the correct answer, as it ensures the company can still be registered even if the promoters forget the Articles of Association.

Option B seems the most logical choice here. If the promoters fail to submit the Articles of Association, the default provisions of Table A should apply. Not having any Articles of Association at all doesn't make much sense.
