Yeah, I agree with Dahlia. Those all sound like legitimate options. I'm still trying to figure out what this 'Mgmt_cli' thing is, though. Maybe it's some kind of insider lingo?

I'm pretty confident A, B, C, and D are all valid ways to use the Management API. I mean, web services, command-line interface, and the GUI console are all standard ways to interact with APIs these days.

I agree, E is the odd one out here. The Management API is used for creating and managing host objects, not for collecting events. That's a separate functionality.
