A seems like the right answer to me. 'fw monitor' gives you Layer 2 information that 'tcpdump' can't provide at Layer 3.

I think the correct answer is D. 'fw monitor' can be used from the CLI of the Management Server to collect information from multiple gateways, which is a huge advantage over 'tcpdump' which is limited to a single system.

I personally prefer 'tcpdump' because it's easier to use and more widely known.
