I'm going with C. Having a generic flexible work calendar in addition to the full-time and part-time calendars seems like a good way to handle the varying schedules of part-time resources.

I think the answer is B. It makes the most sense to have one full-time work calendar and one part-time work calendar, since management has agreed on a standard 20-hour per week estimate for part-time workers.
