Haha, classic Salesforce problem. I'm putting my money on option B, the 'Enable Experience' checkbox in the Skills Management custom setting. Gotta love these little configuration hiccups!

I believe the problem might also be related to the 'Enable Experience' field on the PSA contact record not being selected. We should check that too.

I agree with Christiane. If that checkbox is not selected, then users won't be able to add their assignments to build their experience.

I think the issue could be with the 'Enable Experience' checkbox in the enable-skills-experience configuration option.
