Option D sounds the most logical to me. Why would you want to share data across all Processes? That seems like a recipe for disaster. Keep it contained, I say!

I disagree, I believe the correct answer is D) Blue Prism Data items which have had the visibility setting disabled, therefore the value is available to all Pages of the same Process.

Option A seems too restrictive. I don't think Blue Prism Data items would be limited to just the Page where they're placed. That doesn't make much sense to me.
