Haha, I wish the 'Reset' button could fix all our Blue Prism problems! Wouldn't that be nice? But in this case, C is the correct answer - missing data is the culprit.

D doesn't make sense. Resetting the process during debugging wouldn't cause this specific error. It's clearly a problem with the 'Get Customer Address' Action itself.

A) An Action stage with the name 'Address Type' is being referenced but it no longer exists

B is definitely not the right answer. Internal errors can have all sorts of causes, not just problems with Blue Prism itself. The support team may still be able to help, but the issue is likely in the process design.

The correct answer is C. The Action is failing because it can't find a required input parameter, likely the 'Address Type' data item. Referencing a non-existent stage would be A, not an internal error.

Yes, missing input parameters can definitely cause Actions to fail.

That makes sense, it's important to make sure all input parameters are correctly defined.

I think the reason for the Exception is that a data item referenced as an input parameter in the 'Get Customer Address' Action cannot be found.

But what if the 'Reset' button was pressed accidentally, like in option D?
