Seriously, Cobol? That's like from the dinosaur era. And Node.js? That's for the front-end, not the blockchain. I'll go with Solidity, Serpent, and Vyper for this one.

I'm pretty sure Solidity is the main language used for Ethereum smart contracts, but I'm not sure about the others. Serpent and Vyper sound like they could be options too.

I'm not sure about the others, but I know for sure that Serpant, LLL, and Mutan are not programming languages for Ethereum smart contracts.
