Option B with Hyperledger Composer is an interesting approach, but I'm not sure if it's the only way to communicate with chaincode.

I think Option D is a bit too simplistic. Hyperledger Fabric has more complexity than just pointing to an IP address and calling a function.

Option A seems like the correct way to interact with Hyperledger Fabric chaincode. Using an SDK to invoke chaincode functions makes sense.

I disagree, I believe the answer is D. The app directly calls the chaincode address to initiate the write process.
