I'll go with option D. Maintaining the benefits register and sharing it shows the real-world impact of the program, not just a bunch of metrics. Plus, it's probably the most nap-inducing option for the stakeholder.
Oh, come on! Isn't it obvious? The correct answer is C. Bombard the stakeholder with performance reports until they're too dizzy to ask any more questions. That's the PMO way!
I'm torn between B and D. Providing the benefits register could also be a great way to demonstrate progress, but getting the stakeholder involved by reviewing the charter sounds more engaging.
I think option B is the best choice here. Reviewing the program charter and objectives with the stakeholder will help them understand the program's progress and ensure everyone is on the same page.
