I don't know, the pilot project seems to be on the right track. 40% automation is a solid start, and they can always adjust the targets for the full project. Option A might be a bit too harsh.

Haha, the business case sounds like something straight out of a management consultant's playbook. 'Reduce by 90% for 100% of the tests' - that's some serious marketing jargon right there.
