A trainee business analyst wishes to clarify what is meant by a task level description within the business process hierarchy. Which of the following is a task level description?
I'm going to have to go with D) on this one. It's the only one that really gets into the granular details of what's happening at the task level. The other options are just too broad.
I'm pretty sure the task level is all about the nitty-gritty, the real meat and potatoes of the process. D) sounds like it's down in the weeds, just the way I like it!
D) A Logistics team member uses a picking list to locate and pick each item on the order. This is the most specific and detailed description at the task level.
