The project manager has performed schedule network analysis, compressed the schedule, and completed a Monte Carlo analysis. What time management activity should be done NEXT?
This question is as clear as mud. I'm just going to go with the option that sounds the most 'project managery' - B) Recommend corrective actions. *shrugs*
I'm torn between B) and C). Estimating activity durations could help refine the schedule, but recommending corrective actions is probably the more important task at this stage. Decisions, decisions.
Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I think I'll go with B) Recommend corrective actions - after all, that's what the project manager should do next to address any issues identified in the schedule analysis.
