The pure project form? Sounds like the project manager has a lot of power... and a big target on their back. Better watch out for those office politics, folks!

I heard the project manager in the pure project form can also moonlight as a tyrant. That's one way to integrate activities, I suppose.

Well, if the project manager can't use the Force, I'd go with the pure project form. Talk about a power trip - they're in charge of everything!

What, no 'Jedi' option? That would be the easiest way to integrate activities, if you ask me. But I guess the pure project form is the right choice here.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. The matrix structure might be the answer - the project manager can leverage resources from different functional departments to get the job done.

I see your point, but I still think the coordinator form might not be as effective in integrating activities.

I see your point, but in a pure project structure, the project manager has more control over resources.

I'd say the pure project organizational form is the way to go here. The project manager has full authority over the project, so integrating activities should be a breeze!

I disagree. I think the project manager would have an easier time in a Pure project organization because there is less bureaucracy and clear reporting lines.

I agree with Tasia. In a Matrix organization, the project manager has more authority and can coordinate activities across different departments.
