Which of the following statutory requirements are likely to be of relevance to all organisations no matter which sector nor geographical location they operate in?
GDPR, no doubt. It's the data protection regulation that has everyone scrambling to comply these days. I can't imagine any organization not having to deal with it.
I'd go with GDPR. It's become a big deal for businesses everywhere, and it's not just for the healthcare or financial sectors like some of the other options.
I'm torn between GDPR and Sarbanes-Oxley, but I think GDPR is the better answer. It's the one that's likely to be relevant to the most organizations worldwide.
GDPR seems like the obvious choice here. It's a global regulation that applies to all organizations handling personal data, regardless of industry or location.
