Changing the vertical axis (D) could be helpful, but it might just make the differences look more dramatic than they really are. I'd be cautious about that approach.

Recording data for a week (B) seems like it could be overkill. I think we'd get a pretty good sense of the differences just by looking at a single day or maybe a few days.

I'm not sure an equal interval graph (A) would really help here. The differences in aggression frequency might not be linear, so that approach could actually make it harder to see the patterns.
