Hmm, seems like a straightforward power budget calculation. Let's see, class 2 devices have a max power of 7W, so 90W / 7W per device would give us 12 devices. I'm going with A.

I'm not sure, but I think the power budget should be evenly distributed among the devices, so the answer might be C) 14.
