Identify the correct solution to meet these requirements

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: E

A Kanban board with the backlog enabled meets all the requirements: it shows only in-progress issues (via column configuration), provides a separate area to prioritize incoming work (the Kanban backlog), and allows for releasing issues from the Done column (via version management or Kanban releases).

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Wouldn't a Scrum board with swimlanes be a better fit? It would allow us to separate the incoming work and the work in progress.

I agree with Francoise. The ability to release issues from the Done column is a key requirement, and Kanban boards are well-suited for that.

Option C seems like the best solution. Kanban boards are great for visualizing the workflow and the column constraints will help us focus on the issues that are actively in progress.

I agree, creating a kanban board with column constraints will definitely help us prioritize incoming work and release issues from the Done column easily.

I think creating a scrum board and configuring a quick filter would be the most efficient solution.

But with column constraints on a kanban board, we can easily manage issues in progress and prioritize incoming work.

I disagree, I believe creating a scrum board and configuring swimlanes is the way to go.

I think the correct solution is to create a kanban board and enable column constraints.
