I'm going with option C as well. It makes sense that both the Developers and the Product Owner would need to see and prioritize the issues on the Scrum board.

The Scrum board is a project-specific tool, so I would assume only those with access to the project can view and interact with it. Choice C seems the most reasonable.

I'm not sure, but I think it's either A or C. Both roles should have access to the board.

I agree with Brice, because only Developers role with Jira Software application access can see the Scrum board.
