I bet the project manager is just going to use the Resolution Time gadget to figure out how long it takes his team to resolve issues. Kinda like using a stopwatch to time how long it takes to microwave a burrito - it's just overkill, you know?

This is a classic case of 'the answer is in the question.' The project manager clearly wants to see the trends over time, so the Created vs. Resolved Chart is a must-have. Think he's trying to trick us or something?

Labels? Really? I mean, I get that they can help organize things, but I don't see how that's going to give the project manager the big-picture view he's looking for. Might as well just use a highlighter.

Hmm, the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget could really help with the team member workload issue. Might be worth a shot, even if it's not one of the obvious choices.

I think the project manager should use Created vs. Resolved Chart to see if the team can handle the number of issues.
