Aw, man, I was hoping for the 'throw a dart at the options and see what happens' technique. Guess I'll have to stick with the boring old Prioritization matrix.
Interrelationship digraph? What is this, a secret society meeting? Prioritization matrix is clearly the way to go. It's like the Swiss Army Knife of decision-making tools.
A tree diagram could work too, but it doesn't really give you a clear way to prioritize the options. Prioritization matrix seems like the best choice here.
