Hmm, I was debating between B and C, but B is probably the best fit. Although, I do wonder if the manager will also consider the candidate's ability to make coffee for the team. That's crucial for cross-functional harmony, you know.
I was going to say D) personal integrity, but I guess that's more for the hiring process in general. B makes the most sense for this specific scenario.
