Hmm, I'm not sure QFD is the way to go here. Wouldn't Design of Experiment be more appropriate to explore the product requirements with multiple cusLawandaers?
I think QFD is the best method to establish customer requirements for a complicated product. It helps identify the critical-to-quality characteristics and prioritize customer needs.
