I don't know, but at least option B sounds more interesting than a stack of quality records. Maybe we can throw in some glitter and rainbows to make the Baldrige application more engaging for the executives.
Quality records (option C)? Really? That's like asking a chef to review the effectiveness of their kitchen by looking at the grocery list. Not very helpful for top management.
Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Procedures for processing nonconformances (option D) seem more like a day-to-day operational tool rather than a strategic management review.
Option A seems like a good choice. Industry trend data for ISO Certifications can give us a high-level view of how our quality system measures up against the competition.
I think option B is the way to go. The Baldrige application self-analysis worksheet is a pretty comprehensive tool for reviewing the effectiveness of the quality system from a top management perspective.
