This is a tricky one. The WSDL has a 'portType' element, but it looks like we need to add a 'binding' element to make the concrete description. I guess option A is the way to go.

I'm going with option B. Adding a 'portType', 'binding', and 'service' element sounds like the right approach to me. Can't go wrong with the full set of elements, right? *laughs*
