A, C, and D are the classic HTTP methods we all know and love. 'Upload'? Is that like a new-fangled method for millennials? I'll stick with the tried and true.
Haha, 'Upload'? What is this, a custom REST API? HTTP methods are strictly defined, and I'm pretty sure 'Upload' isn't one of them. A, C, and D are the correct choices.
GET, PUT, and DELETE are definitely valid, but I'm not convinced about 'Upload' being a standard HTTP method. It's probably a custom method specific to certain applications.
