That's true, but I'm not sure about A and B. I think we can undo changes from an import and import the same application multiple times.

Easy peasy! C and D are the answers. You can import earlier version apps, and it changes the state to Unpublished. Simple stuff!

This is a tricky one! I'm going with B and D. You can't import the same app twice, and it'll need to be published again after importing.
