I bet the person who wrote this question is just trying to trick us. Cost of goods sold is like a secret code that only accountants can crack!

Ooh, this one's tricky. I'm going to have to go with C - overhead. Can't imagine revenue or admin expenses being in there.

Standard cost? Really? I thought that was just for internal purposes, not part of the actual cost of goods sold.

General and administrative expenses? Nah, that's not it. I'm going with C - overhead, that sounds more like it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's overhead as well. It makes more sense than general and administrative expenses.

I think it's C - overhead too. General and administrative expenses don't seem right.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure cost of goods sold doesn't include revenue. That would just be plain silly!

I'm not sure, but I think D) Standard cost could also be included in cost of goods sold as it represents the expected cost of producing a unit of product.

I agree with Reuben, because overhead costs are directly related to the production of goods.
