I bet the warehouse manager is wishing they had a magic wand to sort all this out. Flow racking is clearly the way to go for a FIFO system.

Push-back racking might work, but then you'd have to remember the loading order. Seems like a lot of extra effort just to get FIFO.

I'm not sure about that. Pallet racking could also work, as long as you load each rack from the back and unload from the front.

Flow racking seems like the obvious choice for FIFO stock rotation. With the sloped lanes, the oldest items are always brought to the front for picking.
