I'm going with D. The beneficiary moving to a distant state shouldn't be a valid reason to remove the trustee. The trustee's location doesn't really affect their ability to manage the trust.

Hmm, I think the answer is B. The beneficiary being successful with investments and wanting to manage the trust assets doesn't seem like a valid reason to remove the trustee. The other options all make sense as valid reasons.
