You know, if we're talking about 'less conflict,' maybe we should just get rid of the whole system and live in the woods. No marketing channels, no problems!
Formalization? No way, that's just going to make everything more rigid and bureaucratic. Flexibility is key in a vertical marketing system, in my opinion.
Ugh, 'act in its own interest'? That's a surefire way to create a turf war. We need to align those interests, not encourage everyone to look out for number one.
Hmm, I think increasing flexibility and informality within the system would be the best way to reduce conflict. Less red tape, more open communication, right?
