Hmm, I'd say C is the way to go. Although D 'excite their customers' does sound tempting. Who doesn't love a little blog-induced excitement, am I right?
I'm going with C as well. The other options feel a bit narrow - blogs are about much more than just the customer experience. It's all about that sweet, sweet education and engagement.
Definitely C. Blogs are all about providing valuable content to customers, not just transferring control or getting them excited. That's just the basics of good marketing.
