D is spot on! VLAN is all about network segmentation and security. C, on the other hand, is a head-scratcher. I thought VLAN config was done on the switch, not a router.
A and B are definitely not true. VLAN devices don't have to be in the same physical location, and users in different VLANs need configuration to communicate.
