I'm voting for Loose and Emergency. That way, the website either has no protection or is in full-on panic mode. It's the classic 'do nothing or nuke it from orbit' approach!
Hmm, I'll go with B and D. Strict mode is for hardcore security, and Emergency mode is for when the website is under siege by an army of bots. Gotta bring out the big guns!
I think A and B are the correct answers. WAF has different protection modes to handle different types of attacks, and Strict mode is usually used for CC protection.
