I agree with Arminda. Multipart Upload is a great feature for speeding up large file uploads. But I'm a bit surprised that C is not correct. I thought you'd need to re-upload the failed parts, not the entire file.

A, B, and D are correct. Multipart Upload allows you to upload large files in parallel, and the successfully uploaded parts are saved even if the upload is interrupted.
