No Internet IP address? That's a head-scratcher. I guess the developer was trying to be all fancy with the private IP, but forgot that sometimes you just need that good old public IP to make things work. Gotta love the cloud, am I right?

The bind-address parameter in the my.ini file? Wow, that's a sneaky one. I bet the developer forgot to check the configuration, or maybe they're just not a MySQL wizard. Either way, it's gonna take some digging to figure this one out.

Hmm, I think it's definitely the security group and the firewall rules. Gotta make sure those ports are open, no matter how obvious it seems. Rookie mistake, but we've all been there, right?
