I'm going to go with Option E. It gives me more control over the date format for each individual form, which could be useful in some cases.

Option D sounds like the best choice if I want to set the date format at the tenant level. That way, all users will see the same format.

I believe it's D, the admin user can set the date format.

Option B seems like the easiest way to change the default date format for all forms. I don't want to have to set it individually for each date field.
