I think the correct answer is B. If the data model entity for the datasource has not been created, then the 'Mapped Entity' selections won't be visible.

I believe option C could also be a possibility. If the activiti-app configuration property was not enabled for data model entities and data sources, that could cause the issue as well.

I agree with Kendra. It makes sense that without the data model entity, the selections for 'Mapped Entity' would not be visible.
