This question is really testing our LDAP-Activiti integration knowledge. I'm going to go with B - once deleted, the user can't just be added back. Poor guy is out of luck.

Hah, I bet the user is stuck in some kind of identity crisis. Option C seems the most likely - the 'app-designer-users' group is the key.

D is the way to go. Deleting and re-adding the user manually is the only way to ensure a clean slate. I'm not a fan of these edge cases!

Looks like the user is in a limbo state between LDAP and Activiti-app. I'd go with option A - the user needs to be activated in IDM after the sync.
