Option C makes the most sense to me. Peer review can be applied to individual episodes or entire programs, and Medicare/Medicaid requires it for their plans. The concurrent part seems a bit questionable though.

I'm not sure, but I think the answer might be C) 1 and 3 only, because peer review is not always conducted concurrently.

I agree with Glenn, because peer review can be for single episodes or entire programs, and it is required for Medicare and Medicaid services.
