Wait, there's no option for \Magento\Shipping\Helper\Rates: :getTheRealRates()? This exam is rigged!

I'd just use \Magento\Shipping\Helper\Rates: :getAHTheRates(), that way I'm sure I'm getting all the rates, you know?

D. \Magento\Shipping\Helper\Rates: :getAHRates, of course! That's the only option that has the word 'rates' in it, so it has to be the right one.

Hmm, this one's a bit tricky. I'm going to have to go with A. \Magento\Checkout\Api\ShippingInformationManagementInterface::getRates seems like the most logical choice.

I'm pretty sure B is the right answer. \Magento\Quote\Model\Quote::getShippingRates sounds like it would do the trick.

The correct answer is C. \Magento\Quote\Model\Quote\Address::getAllShippingRates. It's the only option that directly returns the list of shipping rates.
