Gotta be 'defer'! Async is great, but 'defer' ensures the CSS is loaded in the right order. Can't have my page looking like a train wreck, you know?

Hmm, let me think... Definitely not 'ie_condition'. That's for targeting specific browsers, not loading CSS asynchronously.

I disagree, I believe it should be B) defer because it loads the file after the HTML content.
