This is easy - A and C are the correct answers. Head Start? That's for getting a head start on your day, not email! And the A/B test is just for optimization, not the initial setup.

The email asset needs to be approved, and the whole program has to be approved too. I'm guessing the A/B test is for testing different versions, but I'm not sure why that would be a setup step.

I'm not sure about B) Head Start must be enabled. Can someone explain why it's necessary?

A and C are definitely required, but Head Start? Isn't that a breakfast cereal? I'll have to double-check that one.

Option A and C seem logical for setting up the email program, but I'm not sure about Head Start and the A/B test. Maybe those are for more advanced configurations.

I agree with Verona. I also think C) The Email Program must be approved is required.

I think A) The email asset must be approved is one of the setup steps.
