B doesn't make sense. Why would the attachments be stored in the BIN folder? That's just weird.

I think the correct answer is A. The AEM_lnstallation_Directory has a crx-quickstart folder, which contains a temp folder with a datamanager folder, and the ASM folder is the correct temporary location for attachments.
